From the years I have spend in teaching, I always uphold to one of the fundamental principles of
teaching and learning which is "the more senses involve, the better the learning."

For this reason, I see to it that whenever I teach or introduce a new lesson or concept to my
students, "hands on-minds on" is activated.

I integrate games during a lesson which is part of my students' Experiential Learning

Experiences (ELA). It is from these games where students will extract what the lesson will be,
what is it about, and what life lesson crafted from the lesson they have learned from it.
Other than these games is their involvement wherein they are the ones who plan and organize
whatever activity or project they have planned. For instance, as their process and performance-
based assessment, students' from my Peronal Development class are task to organize a
community outreach project in application of their community involvement. It is from this task
where they will apply what they have learned from our lesson about building relationships and
community involvement. As you can see, from these, students will have "first hand experiences"
of their essential learning. Likewise, students are able to apply, experience, enrich, and reflect on
their learning.

During the face to face interaction, students were always grouped. Activities were provided and
in groups, students were required to do tasking. Each member should have a task to make sure
that the work is equally distributed. Leaders took turns every quarter. After each activity students
were tasked to report what they had done so that the activity could be processed. In literature,
they could watch movies, prepare book tasting activities, played games, etc. Technology may
also be integrated thru the use of plicker cards/qr codes. Learning can be gamified now in this
new normal thru apps like kahoots, quizziz and the like. The activities may be student paced in
asynchronous learning. Sometimes the groups would be related to support multiple
intelligence/individual differences. Artists would be grouped together to create a poster, some
could perform a song or write a poem.

As a facilitator, I make sure that I use interactive strategies to engage the students and develop
their abilities. I am creating an activity wherein the learners are putting out or bringing out their
own knowledge and experience while engaging in the class activity.
