RE: Estate of Eric Domri

As per our agreement and the settlement with the two insurance companies, please find
enclosed my firm’s trust cheque in the amount of $10,000, payable to your firm interest pursuant
to the direction which I received from you.
As agreed, the payment of this sum constitutes a full and final settlement of all claims by
your client, Lucinda Russo to any of the proceeds from the two insurance policies.
As this matter is now at an end, I will be closing my file. I thank you for your
consideration and assistance throughout this estate matter.
