A long time ago in West Sumatra, lived a
fisherman and his wife in a village by the
sea. They had a son named Malin
Kundang. They lived in a simple life. But the life
got harder, when the father had not ever returned
from the sea. The little Malin had to help his
mother sell cookies in a local market.

One day there was a big merchant’s ship

came to the beach of their village. Malin was
very impressed and hoped to change his life.
Then, he left his mother to join the merchant.

Many years had gone without any news from Malin. Malin’s mother missed him
so much and would like to sit at the harbor every day. She hoped to see Malin come
home. She kept praying to God that Malin would be a successful merchant.

However, it was too bad. Malin was ashamed to admit his old, ugly and poor mother.
Malin had become a rich merchant and married a very good looking lady from a rich
family. So, when her mother hugged him, he repelled her. The mother was really
irritated and cried. Then she prayed to God and cursed Malin.

Suddenly a big storm came. It destroyed Malin’s ship and rushed it to the
shore.

Kundang. They lived in a simple life. But the life
got harder, when the father had not ever returned

came to the beach of their village. Malin was
very impressed and hoped to change his life.

Never Say Never

Justin Bieber

Never say never

Yeah, yeah, never ever
Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever
See I never thought that I
Could walk through fire
I never thought that I
Could take the burn
I never had the strength
To take it higher
Until I reached the point
Of no return
And there's just no turning back
When your heart's under attack
Gonna give everything I have
It's my destiny
I will never say never
I will fight
I will fight 'til forever
To make it right
Whenever you knock me down
I will not stay on the ground
Pick it up, pick it up
Pick it up, pick it up, up, up
And never say never
