For me there is no morals when it comes to contractual labor

because I witnessed it myself back then generally the employer is the
only one who benefits when it comes to contractual labor why?
Because it reduces business cause and time so for the employer it's a
win win for them and if you are a worker that has a contractual labor
on your term you will most likely feel pressured and the unjust
treatment but.

Yes it is legal to charge someone if they loan money from you when
they are aware of the interest because other company or people,
places a hidden fee to their customer and in philippines everyone
knows 5/6 for sure and in 5/6 anyone knows that it is illegal but still if
they are tight on budget they always come running to people who
loan money or what we call here in philippines 5/6 but not only 5/6
put and interest if you borrow money banks too and i know again
everyone knows that bank loans put an interest to their customer.
