Eating healthy

My goal to eat healthy is to eat clean but food that also satisfies my taste buds. I don't want to
force myself to eat foods i dont want so my goal is to find food that is healthy and at the
sametime it will satisfy my taste buds.I want to choose a diet that will stick to me in the long run.

Specific-
I want my diet to still be enjoyable and at the same time healthy, nutritious and sustainable too.

Measurable-
I want my food to be balanced and measurable because what is dieting without a plan and
measurement so for me measurement and balance is a must when it comes to dieting.

Achievable-
If you want to choose a diet that is achievable and at the same time sustainable, research
properly and don't rush yourself because eating healthy is not that easy and cheap. So if you
want to achieve healthy eating, do your own research.

Relevant-
Be relevant to what you are eating and planning because if you are not wisely choosing your
food and your diet it will not be sustainable and you will soon face failure.

Time Bound-
Time management when it comes to eating is a must because if you don't have time
management you will skip and sometimes overfeed yourself so time management is important
when planning a diet and healthy eating.

This goal is important because-


Eating healthy is one of the most important things to live a happy and long life so for me my goal
is to eat clean food and at the same time it will make me happy and sustainable for me in the
long run.

The benefits of achieving this goal-


It has a lot of benefits when you're eating healthy foods first it will mentally and physically make
you a better and a stronger individual. Second thing is it will boost your confidence and stamina
so you will work tirelessly etc.. So eating healthy is a must and you will be 100% sure it will
benefit your life.

Potential obstacle-
The obstacle when it comes to eating healthy is being sustainable because as i said it is not
cheap to eat healthy foods and at the sametime if you are not familiar with clean foods and
healthy lifestyle it will not be sustainable for you.

Potential Solution-
Always do your own research and choose the best option when it comes to choosing what to
eat and will it be sustainable for you in the long run.

Who are the people you will ask to help you?


Dietician and nutritionist is the people who will help you to achieve your goal to eating healthy
and having a good body but its not cheap so if you really want to achieve your dream physique
and healthy lifestyle you can do your research for free we have a lot of platform that gives free
advice to those people who want to eat and live healthy all we have to do is to find the best way
and solution.

Specific action: What steps need to be taken to get you to your goal?

What- You need to have a positive mindset and you should have the mentality of a healthy
person because when you want something the most important thing is to fix your mindset
because eating healthy is not an easy task to do.

Expected completion date-


It depends on your diet if you want to lose weight in a short amount of time. Work harder than
others but if you want to just enjoy and at the same time you're doing your job go slowly and
trust the process.
