Reflection on Magna-Carta for Women

 Magna-carta for Women defines general rights of Women
 discrimination against women is described the following:
-gender-based exclusion, distinction and/or restrictions.
-a measure or practice of general application that fails to provide for mechanisms to offset or
address sex or gender-based disadvantages.
- decribes every womens rights to protection from all form violence.
-It also determine the equal treatment before the law, equal access of elimination and
discrimination against women in education.
-Equal rights in participation in sports.
-Non-discrimination in employment in the field of military police and other similar services.
-Magna-Carta for women discussed also about the penalties of violators if any violence has been
proven to be committed this will consider as aggravating offenses with corresponding penalties
depending on the severity of the offenses.
