HOW DO WE USE OUR RESOURCES TO PROTECT LEARNERS AND KEEP EDUCATION GOING?

Foreword: Classroom management in this time of pandemic is quite hard to apply because we are in synchronous and asynchronous learning approach. but as a
teacher, we need to be flexible and find possible ways to deliver quality education to our learners.

Relevance to time: In my experience in the field of teaching in this time of pandemic, it has been difficult for me to maintain the communication intact with my students,
unlike the normal class set-up, Modular learning has challenged me to be keener in making sure of my students learning efficient and effective. Because majority of my
students are difficult to reach out due to lack of internet connectivity. But as Teacher in these trying times, I learned to make extra effort to make sure the connection
with students is still and intact.

Insights gained: I learned to be more efficient in making sure that my learners are still in the track. Keeping them posted always perhaps is enough. But, some are hard
to reach out but there is a weekly meet ups where I get to meet their parents and inform them about their child’s learning progress.
