I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the period, the students are expected to:
A. read and understand the questions given in the Reading Assessment;
B. follow the DOs and DON’Ts while taking the assessment; and
C. answer the comprehension test honestly.

II. SUBJECT MATTER

Materials: Test questionnaire, pen and paper

III. PROCEDURE
A. ROUTINE ACTIVITIES
 Prayer
 Checking of attendance
 Setting the mood

B. GIVING OF INSTRUCTIONS
 Remind the DOs and DON’Ts to the students while taking the reading assessment.
 Remind them to strictly follow and read the instructions/directions first before answering.

C. ORAL READING ASSESSMENT PROPER

 Reading materials will be given to the students.
 The students will read the material silently while waiting for their turn to be called.
 When done, they will be asked to answer the comprehension questions honestly.

IV. EVALUATION
 Read and understood the questions given in the Reading Assessment.
 Followed the DOs and DON’Ts while taking the assessment.
 Answered the comprehension test honestly.

V. ASSIGNMENT
Remind the students to study on the different verbals.
