Many people said that teaching is a noble profession. This is true where teachers
sincerely not just only teach their students to be a functional literate individual but mentors and
counselors as well. Their roles are not a joke. It made people lives meaningful and useful in our
society where these people transmit also their knowledge, skills and values to their offspring and
even to other people who need it from generation to generation. All these, are efforts were
shaped by our beloved TEACHERS.

Today, October 5, 2010 is a day to celebrate in the whole world the Teacher’s Day. This
day gives meaning to the teachers of their greatest gift to their students…this is to become a
productive and useful citizens of the country and even worldwide. Our school, the Baluno
National High School, Isabela City joints this celebration to tell the whole world how happy our
teachers are. We celebrate it in a very simple one with the very active participation and
organization of our students. The students show their loved by giving us flowers and cards and
also sing the song which they dedicate to us. There are memories to keep in our hearts in which
they make us smile especially when they start their presentation. These talented students make
this affair a successful one. We, teachers are very greatful to have them in our school. They
say… HAPPY WORLD TEACHER’S DAY… MA’AM!
