First put the flour in a bowl and add the butter, lard, sugar, yeast previously dissolved

in warm water, salt, egg and mix all the ingredients very well to add at the end. Second

add water we must obtain a homogeneous mass letting it rest for about 20 minutes.

Then we prepare the filling to cholas, in a small pot put the panela of sweet with the

water; keep on low heat without stopping to move until a thick sweet is formed. then

cool completely. After We extend the dough and cut to form discs, we make pairs and

one is the base where we place the filling and then cover it with the other and seal its

edges making a repulgado like that of the empanadas.

Finally, We heat the oven to 150º in a tin, grease and place our cholas in the oven

previously, broach them with egg and take them to the oven for approximately 20 to

25 minutes, looking for them to have a slight golden color, remove from the oven, let

cool and accompany with your favorite drink
