BUSINESS OVERVIEW
FRS was first located in Chitipi area close to NRC and now planning to move it
to city centre or area 3 Lilongwe. FRS is an upscale restaurant which focus on
providing organic and healthy food and beverage products.
PRODUCTS SERVED
FRS will offer you full menu of appetizers, Salads, Soups, sandwiches and
desserts. All products will use 100% all natural and organic ingredients. In
addition to the menu of food items FRS will offer wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks
and smoothies.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
We will be open to all kinds of people, it being students, working class people
etc. that will help us to have a big customer base.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
FRS will be led by Mrs Thokozani Chiwalo who has been in the restaurant
business for 3 years. And since she lost everything due to financial problems
and now, I Rosemary Chiwalo and Alastair Duncan will be working hand in
hand with her, helping us to do better since she has an in-depth knowledge of
the business including the operations side (e.g. running day-to-day operations)
and the business management side (e,g staffing, marketing, etc.) and will also
have 3 more girls to help out with the work around.

REVENUE AND COST DRIVERS

FRS revenue will come from the sale of natural and organic food products to its
customers. The company will have a dine-in, takeout and a delivery system to
carter a broad spectrum of customers in its target market. The major costs of the
company will be food products costs and salaries of the staff.
CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS AND USE OF FUNDS
FRS is seeking a total funding of MK4, 300, 000.00 to launch its restaurant.
Since the restaurant has other materials available, the capital will be used for
funding capital expenditures, manpower costs, marketing expenditures and
working capital.
