the complexities involved in managing a larger production operation, such as

effectively managing the workforce, handling logistics, and establishing

distribution channels. Furthermore, the financial feasibility of scaling up

production to meet market demand and compete with established snack

manufacturers may require further analysis beyond the scope of the initial study.

It is important to acknowledge that while the feasibility study provides valuable

insights into the feasibility of producing messy banana chips on a smaller scale, it

may not encompass all the considerations and challenges associated with large-

scale production

interest and to satisfy their taste buds The business offers a wide range of snack

PRODUCT SIZE/QUANTITY

Banana chips are crispy, deep-fried or dried banana slices. Typically,

harder, starchier banana cultivars like the Saba and Nendran cultivars —also

known as "cooking bananas" or plantains—are used to make them. They have

flavours that are salted or sweetened, as well as ones that have banana

essence. We intended to combine chocolate with banana chips since they

enhance the flavour of the product, which is crispy, golden yellow in colour, and

has a distinct banana aroma and flavour. However, we ultimately chose to

combine it with a different chocolate flavour. Everyone enjoys eating sweets,

especially when they are unfamiliar to them. Therefore, we saw this as an

opportunity for the business to give its customers a high-quality flavour and

experience with the food they will be consuming.

Since there are no gender restrictions, anyone can purchase the suggeste

d product, which upholds everyone's freedom to taste and experience the goods

that these businesses sell.

The product that the company will sell will be available in a range of sizes, just th

e correct quantity.

The bananas that will be chosen from the market will be medium in size so that t

hey may fit and fill the entire jar, and the chocolate will be the perfect amount—p

business won't be able to stand out from the competition, acquire a unique name

if they purchase the product, reach customers, or leave a lasting impression on

them. The company's or firms' advantages over other comparable types of

currently operating businesses are reflected in the brand name. the proposed

customers had selected for our messy banana chips. When it comes to their

preferred options, customers' convenience was considered when selecting the

so that if we place the logo sticker on top, the logo will pop and will outshine and

so the jar's body. Customers can reuse the jar if it is empty, which makes it

strategic planning.

required for attaining the set objectives. This encompasses the following specific

goals:

1. To form an organizational structure conducive to effective business

management.

2. To determine suitable form of business ownership that will govern the

often formed when individuals or organizations want to pool their resources,

skills, and expertise to pursue a common business goal. Each partner contributes

capital, assets, or services to the partnership, and in return, they share in the

profits or losses generated by the business.

Capitalization Capital

Capitalization is a quantitative assessment of a firm's capital structure. It is

a process of estimating the total capital required to start and operate a business

or project. This capitalization includes both initial investment costs and ongoing

operational expenses. Capitalization is a crucial aspect of a feasibility study as it

helps stakeholders, investors, and decision-makers understand the financial

requirements and feasibility of the proposed venture. Each partner will contribute

Php 2,000,000.00, resulting in a combined initial capital contribution of Php

8,000,000.00. It is imperative to utilize the capital sources with efficiency and

effectiveness to facilitate business expansion. The allocated funds will cover

diverse operational expenses, provisions for contingencies, and other related

costs.

Organizational Structure

An organizational structure is a system that outlines how certain activities

are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization. These activities can

include rules, roles, and responsibilities (Kenton et al., 2024). The organizational

structure also determines how information flows between levels within the

company. For example, in a centralized structure, decisions flow from the top

down, while in a decentralized structure, decision-making power is distributed

among various levels of the organization. Having an organizational structure in

place allows companies to remain efficient and focused. Businesses of all

shapes and sizes use organizational structures heavily. They define a specific

hierarchy within an organization. A successful organizational structure defines

each employee's job and how it fits within the overall system. Put simply, the

organizational structure lays out who does what so the company can meet its
