We can advise on a wide range of issues including academic; disciplinary; finance (student
loans, fees, welfare benefits, debt advice etc); Accommodation; personal/family; consumer and
employment.
Sometimes we need to refer you elsewhere. If we cannot help you with your issue, we will
usually be able to refer you to an agency who can.
We are unable to offer immigration or visa advice. Please contact the College for
information on these issues.
