    Divinities:
    Sitan - Chief deity of the Lower World (Kasanaan)
    Mangagaway - responsible for the occurrence of diseases
    Mankukulam - emit fire at dark nights
    Manisilat - Goddess of broken home
    Hukluban - had the power to change herself into any form desired; could kill
    anyone by simply raising her hand
    Silangan - tempt people and eat liver of all those who wore white clothes during
    morning and to take their souls to kasanaan
    Magtatangal - frighten people to death; could be seen walking lonely paths
    without her head, hand or feet
    Asuan - flies at night and murders men, eat their flesh, and drinks their blood
