Agenda:
1. To come up an agreement on the case involved of fighting case of Grade 10 students, Russel
Bunyi, Cian Paul Joaqin Cristobal, Cian Darren Galang and Jose Angelo Miguel Deuda
2. Update concerning the intervention suspension on the students concerned.
3. Create harmonious understanding and contentment among parents engaged on the case and
expected to reach an amicable settlement.

Arguments made by the following person:

Atty. Villaluz:
As part of faculty of College of Law and to represent the school, he would serve as mediator on
the parties involved in the case. The agreement that will be both agreeable to the victim and perpetrator
parties.
As mediator of both parties, he is hoping and expecting the parties will reach an amicable
settlement, unfortunately, Mrs. Deuda and Mrs. Galang are not present in the meeting.
Mrs. Bunyi will set the next meeting to reach a final agreement on both parties. If she wants her
lawyer to accompany her, this arrangement is welcome and encourage.

Mrs. Bunyi:
The perpetrator parties and the school has failed to give monetary help for the hospitalization bills
of her son.
Mrs. Bunyi is not willing to spend any amount on her son’s hospitalization and medication as the
aggrieved party.
 The expenses of her family happened at the same time; from her daughter’s tuition fee, her
husband’s departure as OFW and her son’s hospital bills and medicines. The family were forced to
borrow money from a lending company.
Mrs. Cristobal is compliant to her as she had made clear from the beginning that the party is
agreeable to pay their share for the hospitalization expense of Mrs. Bunyi’s son.
She will be consulting a lawyer for an agreement that she will make to the students’ parents
involved.

Dr. Rosano:
The principal does not have the authority to release money from the Accounting Office for the
monetary help of the school for the victim’s bill in the hospital.
The intervention suspension of the students: Russel Bunyi, Cian Paul Joaqin Cristobal, Cian
Darren Galang and Jose Angelo Miguel Deuda is lifted starting tomorrow, September 5, 2017 Tuesday.
The five (5) day intervention suspension was fully served dated August 23 – 25 and 29 – 30, 2017. The
expected amicable settlement was set Monday September 5, 2017 instead of August 31, 2017 to give time
for the dissemination of communication thru LBC.

Prof. Ramos:
The Administrator’s Office assured Mrs. Bunyi the they will release the amount of Thirty Six
Thousand Pesos (Php36,000.00) as monetary help for the student. In lieu of this, the office will be asking
Mrs. Bunyi’s participation, to provide photocopies of documents and original receipts needed for
insurance claims of the victim. Additional monetary help can be given to Mrs. Bunyi’s son through the
accident insurance of the students provided by the institution.

Mrs. Cristobal
She is willing to pay and give monetary help for the hospitalization bills of Mrs. Bunyi’s son with
the alternative of no charging case against her son Cian.
