FINDINGS

 This study found that is there s no difference in satisfaction on current job among different
gender

 This is also found that the satisfaction on present salary among different gender has no difference

 72% of respondents are male

 62% of the respondents have degree certificate

 42% of employees in the organization are sales man

 66% employees are satisfied with current job

 40% of the respondents have 10000-20000 salary

 46% of respondents point out that the working environment is good

 62% respondents are satisfied in working hour

 48% employees agree that training section helps improve productivity of the organization

 70% of the respondents saying that there is freedom to perform duties

 Company providing incentives to all employees working in the organization

 The study identified the factors that influence the quality of work life in the organization.
Remuneration ,stability of work , safety, promotion, security measures, leave, training.
Motivational talk are the main factors that influence the quality of work life. But most of people
highly influence by remuneration.
