Introduction of the company:
 Xenium Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is among the fastest growing Tour and Travel
companies in India. It was established in August 2015 with the aim to provide the
best holiday experience. We are based in New Delhi with our Branch offices in
Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Vadodara.
Their Services

Domestic holidays packages, Hotel bookings, Air ticketing, Cruise booking, Car
rental, Passport and Visa, Travel Insurance, MICE, Spiritual Tour, Educational
Tour, Medical Tourism, Group Tours, Corporate Travel, Leisure Travel,
International Holiday Package

Introduction of the topic
 Employee satisfaction is one key metric that can help determine
the overall health of an organization, which is why many
organizations employ regular surveys to measure employee
satisfaction and track satisfaction trends over time. 
 Employee satisfaction, also known as job satisfaction, is the extent
to which an individual is happy with their job and the role it plays
in their life.
 It is generally recognized in the organizational
behavior field that job satisfaction is the most
important and frequently studied attitude.
Research Objectives:
1. To find employee satisfaction level of the organization

2. To know how employee’s opinion about work place, pay


and benefits.
3. To study and analysis, the various factors affecting the
job satisfaction level.
Research Methodology
RESEARCH DESGIN : The study was based on survey method.
The aim of the study is to find satisfaction levels of employees.

SAMPLE SIZE : 50

SAMPLE AREAS : Xenium Holidays PVT. LTD.

DATA COLLECTION : The data collection for the study


consists of both primary and secondary data

SAMPLING METHOD:
Survey was done by QUESTIONNARE method
Analysis and Interpretation:

 According to my survey all 50 employees of Xenium holidays Pvt. Ltd.


Responded and in which 52% of the employees are female in and 48% of
employees are male.
According to my survey 44% of the employees are 20-30 age group,
38% of employees are 31-40 age group, 14% of the employees are
41- 50 age group and 4% of employees are above 50.
According to my survey 50 employees are responded and
their education qualifications are as follow 44% of the
employees are graduates, 42% of the employees are
postgraduate and rest 14% of the employees are passed
HSC.
According to my survey at Xenium Holidays Pvt. Ltd. 84% of
the employees are comfortable and feel accepted at the
workplace, 12% of the employees don't feel accepted and rest
4% of employees are not sure.
According to my survey at Xenium Holidays all 50 employees
responded and in which 74% of the employees says that the
organization respect their opinions 20% employees says
organization don't agree with their opinions and rest 6% of
employees are not sure about that.
According to my survey 50 employees were responded in
which 66% of the employees are satisfied with their
interpersonal relationship with the organization and, 24% of
the employees are not sure about their relationship with the
organization and rest 10% of the employees are not satisfied
with their interpersonal relationships.
According to my survey 74% of the employees say that they get the feedback
from their superiors and 20% of the employees says that sometimes they get
the feedback and sometimes their managers don’t respond for their work and
rest 6% of the employees say that they don’t get any type of feedback after
the completion of the task
According to the survey 36% of the employees are highly satisfied
with their salary, 14% of the employees are satisfied with their salary,
42% employees are neutral they are not fully satisfied and not
dissatisfied and rest 8% of employees are dissatisfied with their
salary.
According to the survey of 50 people in the organization 70% of the
employees accept that the company is people oriented and 30% of the
employees says that company gives more concern about sales.
According to the survey all the 50 employees of Xenium Holidays were
responded and in which 68% of the employees agree that the company
provides good incentives and 16% of the employees are not agree with
their company incentive structure and rest 16% of employees say
sometimes they get good incentives sometimes not.
According to the survey 70% of the employees says that the company gives
promotion based on their performance, 16% of the employees are not agree
with this and rest 14% of employees responded that sometimes they get the
promotion based on performance and sometimes not.
According to the survey at Xenium Holidays 68% of the employees are secure about
their Job and 22% of the employees are confused about their Job security and rest 10%
of employees are not feel secure
According to the survey at Xenium Holidays 68% of the employees are
comfortable with their Co-Workers and 16% of the employees are not
comfortable with their Co-Workers and rest 16% of employees are not
sure about their comfortability with their co-workers.
According to the survey 36% of employees are agreeing that their Job
improves their social status and 28% of the employees are strongly
agreeing that their job improves their social status 28% of the employees
are neutral, and 6% of employees feel that their job not improve their
social status and rest 2% of the employees are strongly disagreed that
their job not improve their social status.
According to the survey 40% of employees are strongly agreeing that their
job provide the opportunity for their personal growth and development,
38% of the employees are agreeing with the same, 18% of the employees
are neutral, 2% of employees disagreed and rest 2% of the employees are
strongly disagreed with the opportunity for their personal growth and
development.
According to the survey 68% of the employees says that they get paid
leaves, 18% of the employees say sometimes they get and sometimes they
not and rest 14% of employees say that they never get paid leave by the
company.
According to the survey 72% of the employees responded that their
manager always values their feedback and 18% of the employees say
sometimes their manager values their feedback and rest 10% of employees
says that their manager never values their feedback.
According to the survey 36% of employees are strongly agreeing that their
management is transparent with them. 36% of the employees are agreeing,
22% of the employees are neutral, 4% of employees disagreed and rest
2% of the employees are strongly disagreed with the transparency of the
management with them.
According to the survey 48% of employees are strongly agreeing with the
leave policy of the company, 28% of the employees are agreeing, 16% of the
employees are neutral, 4% of employees disagreed and rest 4% of the
employees are strongly disagreed with the leave policy of the company.
According to the survey at 82% of the employees are satisfied with their
job 14% of the employees are not sure about their job satisfaction and rest
4% of employees are not satisfied with their job.
Findings:
• Majority of the employees are female.
• Majority of the employees are 20-30 years old
• Majority of the employees are graduate
• Maximum no. Of employees feel accepted in their workplace
• Organisation respect their opinion
• Company gave feedback after completion of work
• Majority of employees are neutral with their salary
• Company is more concerned about the people as compared to sales.
• The majority of the employees are satisfied with the incentive provided
• Company gave promotions based on their performance
Suggestion
• Management has to make effective communication channels in the firm.
• Management should take remedial measures to improve the general working condition of the
firm thereby employees will be satisfied in their job.
• Management should take proper care to maintain employee employer relationships.
• Proper guidance and counselling should be provided to the employees so that their mental
satisfaction can be improved.
• Management should provide proper safety measures in the organization, so the employees will
be secured in the job.
• Management should provide promotional facilities to the employees then only they will be
motivated in the job.
• Management should provide proper leave to the employees.

• Management should take effective welfare measure-s to meet industry standards.


• Management should provide more opportunities to employees to participate in decision making.
• Employees feel secure about their job
• Majority of employees feel comfortable with co-workers. But few employees
are not comfortable with their co-workers
• Majority of employees are agreeing and strongly agree with the
improvement of social status
• Majority of employees are agreeing and strongly agree with the opportunity
for personal growth and development
• Company gives paid leave to maximum employees.
• Few employees don't get paid leave
• Company gave value to their opinion and feedback
• Transparency of the management is not equal for everyone most of the
employees are agree and some of the employees are neutral.
• Most of the employees are satisfied with the leave policy of the company
Conclusions:
In xenium holidays the satisfaction level of employees is quite good and, in every
organization, employee satisfaction is an important topic because if your employees are
not satisfied their vision related to work will not be as good as it should be. And at the
corporate level the services which we are giving to the customers, should be the best
one so we could attract more customers to the organizations but if employees are not
satisfied with their work, this would be a more challenging thing.

Xenium holidays should ensure that everybody in the organization should get equal
opportunities to grow. Employees should be encouraged to pursue higher studies as
half of the employees are have only completed graduation. Pursuing higher studies will
help the employees to grow and flourish
