    After studying the last session topic entitled Outsourcing and also read the additional
    material, please give your own opinion about the following issue. Nowadays, many
    companies hire their employee by using outsourcing. Do you think outsourcing is good
    for employee? Explain your reason.

    Outsourcing is a labor service provider company. Do you think outsourcing is good for
    employees? I think outsourcing is good for employees. Because something I know about
    outsourcing, before distributing their employees, they have training. So, the employee has much
    work experience which has an impact on increasing employee skills.

    And I think being an outsourcing employee has good self development time to explore their
    interests and talents, because in outsourcing, we get the opportunity to discover and deepen
    certain skills.
