 Education plays a significant role in increasing reliable human resources.
The low quality of education is the cause of the crisis of human resources. An
increasingly advanced era makes education very influential in economic
development. Thus, employment requires competent human resources to
achieve common goals. The low quality of human resources can also come from
the community itself or due to several factors due as economic problems, where
parents feel heavy with living dependents and coupled with school fees.

Education is a learning process passed by everyone, through education not

only provides subject matter and abilities but also instills ethics to be applied in
the world of work. But education is also not the only thing that can guarantee
humans can develop their insight.

In my opinion, education cannot be ruled out. Because of education,

economic growth can be realized through reliable human resources. Education is
very important in the development of human resources, but it would be better if
those who do not have the money to achieve higher education are given the
opportunity and also more learning as their experience. Many people are
competent in fieldwork which not necessarily people with higher education can
do.
