    As a Filipino, we admire the Korean foods everything that they had, including their cuisine. And
    for that reason, we make this kimchi to encourage our target market and to adopt our product in at the
    same time we patronized one of our crops which is Radish “Labanos”.

    Benefits of Radish

    Radish are a good source of antioxidants that can protect your cells from damage and have a
    good amount of vitamin C. It also can help to regulate blood sugar level, and can enhances your body’s
    natural adiponectin production. The radish also a good source of natural nitrates that improve blood
    flow.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this business is because there is a lot of common foods, and to identify a popular
    food, to have a high profit. To introduce the Korean foods using the Filipino products.
