Data: raw facts or basic descriptions of things, events,
activities, and transactions

Database: organized collection of related data

Table: A group of records and fields stored as rows and


columns.

Query: A question the searches a database for information.

Form: A document used to input table data, arranged in an order specified by


the user.

Primary Key:

combination of fields ( or column)

contain values that uniquely define records( identifies each row in a table
uniquely)

Relationship btw table: taking the Primary Key from one table then bit a copy it
in another table

Foreign key: copy of primary key in other table
