In this era of globalization, teachers are, to be faced with uprising challenges in the aspect of
education. Teachers should be always on par with the global development by sharpening their
professionalism and to be updated with all the latest trend and information. This applies to
teacher’s professionalism and the teacher’s way of handling and managing culturally diversified
classrooms.

Teacher should build themselves as an important figure that plays important roles in the class.
In order to understand the pupils more, teaches should master various languages , knowledge
and culture as it may ease teacher in the process of understanding pupils from their point of
view. It builds a mutual respect between both sides at the same time.

Teacher should be a democratic one In education. Teacher should realize that education is for all
and all shall receive the same treatment and rights in acquiring education. Teachers should treat
every of his/her pupils equally and bear the mindset of everyone is equal.

Curriculum is a guide for the teachers to be applied when teaching in the class. As an educator,
teacher should also be flexible in adapting and changing the curriculum to meets the needs of
the class pupils. This is to enable pupils to get more realistic knowledge where they have more
prior knowledge on it and to avoid them to lose their attention span. Teachers should also
varies their approaches in teaching strategies and techniques in order to suit everyone’s needs ,
with the aim where knowledge are beneficial to all.

A social issue (also called a social problem or a social illness or even a social conflict) refers to an
issue that influences and is opposed by a considerable number of individuals within a society. It
is often the consequence of factors extending beyond an individual's control and local
geographical environment. In some cases, a social issue is the source of a conflicting opinion on
the grounds of what is perceived as a morally just personal life or societal order
