Teacher must understand the core concepts, techniques of inquiry and structure to that concept so that he/she can design the learning process from simple to complex level. Standard-2: Human Growth and Development Teacher must understand that children and adolescents develop and learn in various contextual settings and environments. They differ in respect of their families, society, schools and opportunities. Therefore teacher is required to support children to face mental, social, emotional and psychological changes. Standard-3: Awareness of Islamic Ethical and Social Values as Whole Owing to majority of students belonging to Islamic life and minority communities studying together in a single environmental setting, teacher must understand Islamic religious and social values and their effects on the society at ground level and on human at global level. It must help students understand values’ inclusive effects. Standard-4: Planning the Instructional Matter and Strategies Teacher must understand to plan the material and strategy to teach students for long-term and short-term. The strategies to develop students’ critical thining, reason, analytical aboility and problem solving skills. Standard-5: Effective and Proficient Use of Information Communication Technology and Tools Teacher must understand the norms of modern age of technology and fast information sharing. In order to help students by faster information sharing and learning, teacher must be aware of use of technology, tools and techniques. It can help in instruction material, collaboration with students and parents, assessment and assignment tasks organization. Standard-6: Collaboration and Partnership A 21st Century teacher must be socially interactive and cooperative. He/she must build relationship and collaborate with students, parents, community and organizations to connect his/her students to different aspects of world. Ask many organizations to arrange seminars and social events for learning. Standard-7: Continuous Professional Development and Teaching of English as Second Language With increasing technology and industrial linkage with education, teachers must grow and update himself/herself. He/she must follow professional growth and code of conduct. Pedagogy of English should be the focus too. He/she must ensure that his/her students can read, understand and communicate in English Language.
