    Dear Engr. Calpito

    Good day!

    I am Jan Ryan M. Fernandez from BSAR2- 05, your student on MAT

    091 (Solid Mensuration). I want to apologize Engr. for my absence from

    your class without any prior notice. I didn’t attend your class because of not

    feeling well and the high flood. I am extremely sorry Engr., and I assure you

    that I will attend your class every meeting.

    In line with that, I missed our Midterm first quiz and I am requesting

    Engr. for me to take our quiz. I hope you understand and you will give a

    chance to take our quiz. Thank you for your kind and consideration. Have
