Greetings!
I am Raymund G. Rivera, a Grade 12 student in the university under the strand of
Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM). I had failed three (3) subjects
entitled Organization and Management, Pagbasa at Pagsusuri Sa Iba’t Ibang Teksto
and Reading and Writing Skill. Relative to this, may I request from your good office
to grant me an approval for a remedial class of the said 3 subjects. I promise that I
will comply the necessary requirements before the end of the 1 st week of February,
SY 2021-2022. In addition, my instructors of the 3 subjects had approved my request
for a remedial class. I am fully aware that if I will not comply the requirements, my
name would not be found to the list of graduates this school year.
