I am Kia Madine R. De Rueda from BSN - 2C and I am writing this letter to inform you
that I will not able to attend class today January 27, 2024 because of a stomach problem,
medically termed as LBM.

With respect and understanding, I hope to be given make up activities which would
compensate for lessons that I miss in my absence As soon as get better and hopefully recover
tomorrow, I will very much pleased to attend my classes
