CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This construction agreement entered into by and between ; Arch. Joeminy J. Aquino, uap &
Arch . Joseph Ian S. Balolong , uap with address at Brgy. Maasin, Mangaldan Pang.& Brgy.
Bonuan Boquig, Dagupan City , Pang; herein after referred to as the Architects and Engr. Junar
Lavarias of J-FOX Contractor with residents at Brgy. Bonuan, Dagupan City. Herein after referred to
as the Sub-Contactor.

WHEREAS MUTUALLY AGREED THAT:

 Achitects and J-Fox Contractor agreed for the agreed amount of Eight Hundred thousand pesos
( P 800,000) for the construction of Two Bedroom Bungalow located at Bonuan Boquig
Dagupan City.
 Builder provides one (1) month project checking and inspection after construction.
 Payment Terms Shall Be
P 280,000 - 35% Shall Be Given Upon Signing of This Agreement and project commencement.
P 200,000 - 25% Second Payment Shall Be Given Upon Completion of columns & walling.
P 160,000 - 20% Third Payment Shall Given upon installation of Roofing sheet.
P 120,000 - 15% Fouth Payment Shall Given upon installation of Tiles, Door, and Windows.
P 40,000 - 5% Shall be Given Upon Turn Over of The Project
P 800,000 TOTAL AMOUNTS
 Architects and J-Fox Contractor hereby accept the above agreement and bind themselves to fully
comply with all terms and conditions & set design drawings.
