Risks related to computer security and prevention measures
1.0 Brief Description:-
Although the phrases safety threat, safety event, and safety incident are
related, in the global cybersecurity those information safety threats have
different meanings A security risk is a malicious act that targets to corrupt or
scouse borrow information or disrupt an organization's systems or the entire
organization. A security event refers to an incident during which employer
information or its network may also have been exposed. And an occasion that
affects the information or network breach is a security incident. As
cybersecurity threats retain to evolve and come to be greater sophisticated,
enterprise IT has to continue to be vigilant when it comes to defensive their
data and networks. To do that, they first should recognize the forms of security
threats they may be up against.

Prepare various types of welding joints (with metal components). Display them
on the wallboard.
1.0 Brief Description:-
Welding is a procedure that desires patience, detail, and creativity. To carry
out it successfully, welders have to have understandable information about the
numerous techniques and practices used withinside the industry, additionally
inclusive of types of welding joints.

A welding joint is stated as an association or configuration of metal plates as a

way to be matched together. The purposes of welding are infinite, and
different procedures require different types of welds and joints. According to
the American Welding Society (AWS), there are five primary additions that
might be generally known and applied. These welding joint types are every
stand for the needs and forces of various applications.
Types of Welding Joints
1.Butt joint welding
2.Lap joint welding
3.Edge joint welding
4.Tee joint welding
5.Corner joint welding

1. Butt Joint Welding

These varieties of welding joints type when the 2 metal items are placed end
to end along within the same plane surface, it's referred to as butt joint
welding. In welding, this is often the most common type of joint.

Usually, butt joint welding is used for the fabrication of structures, welding
pipes, valves, fittings, and others. Well, it is easy to prepare, and there are
several variations that may be applied to get the specified result. These types
consist of such as angles, the width of the gap, groove shape, root, and weld
size. Following are a few normal examples of butt weld joints that might be
included in welding.
1.Square welding
2.Single bevel welding
3.Double bevel welding
4.V-groove welding
5.Double V-groove welding
6.U-groove welding
7.Double U-groove welding
8.J-welding welding
9.Double J-groove welding
2. Lap Joint Welding
Diploma MSBTE Micro Project

It is primarily a modification of butt welding, wherein the 2 metal plates are

positioned in an overlapping position this is on top of each other, it is called lap
joint welding. The lap joint welding is carried out for welding metallic plates
which might be different in their thickness. In this, welding may be carried out
on each side of the plates for more strength.

It is broadly used withinside the combined electron beam, laser beam, and
resistance spot welding. Lap joints are not often used on thick materials, and
most of the time also used for sheet metallic. While doing lap joint welding,
you may face a few drawbacks. Those are lamellar tearing or corrosion
because of the overlapping metals. But, you may effortlessly handle them by
making use of the correct method and modifying the variables as required.
Following are the typical examples of lap joint welding,
1.Fillet welding
2.Spot welding
3.Plug welding
4.Slot welding
5.Bevel groove welding
6.Flare bevel groove welding
7.J-groove welding

3. Edge Joint Welding

This is quite much like the lap joint. In this, each of the metallic plate surfaces
are placed together, so that they're adjoining and commonly parallel in the
position on the point of welding. It is called edge joint welding. It is formed by
bending both plates at an angle. In edge joint welding, the equal edge of plates
is welded. However, this isn't a completely strong joint because the weld does
now no longer completely penetrates the joint thickness.

Conclusion
Welding is a complicated craft that requires patience, an eye for detail, and
creativity. In order to do their task successfully, welders have to have an in-
intensity understanding of the numerous strategies and practices used in the
industry, which includes welding joint types.
