    To whom it may concern,

    We are asking for permission to apply for financial aid on behalf of Jay-ar Socorro, a classmate
    of mine in HUMSS 12-Henson. His grandmother was found floating in the river and is currently
    unconscious. Since they didn’t have the money to retain her in hospital, she is currently at home,
    recuperating.

    This is the best thing we can do to help his family. I’m hoping that you will grant us collect
    donations from our fellow Lucsuhinians. Your donation in any amount is also highly appreciated.
