INTRODUCTION
A COVID-19 epidemic began in Wuhan, Hubei, in December 2019.Province, and then quickly
spread throughout China and the world, worldwide.1 COVID-19's global expansion has had a
significant influence, impact affected populations' daily lives. As the epicenter of the epidemic.
After a brief pause, China soon embraced the most comprehensive, thorough, and long-term
strategy available. In the face of this public health threat, stringent preventative and control
measures are required emergency. Traditional "non-medical" methods of measles prevention and
controlures, such as city closure, communal isolation, and pop-culture suspension ulation
movement has shown impressive achievements.
Covid 19 striked and infiltrated the Philippines on 30th of January 2020. On that day a 38-year-old
Chinese woman was confined at San Larozo Hospital in Metro Manila, and the first ever recorded
covid case in the country. In Wuhan, China, the first SARS-Covid illnesses were detected. The
source of viral transmission to humans, as well as whether the virus became harmful before or
after the spillover event, are unknown.

Although children and teenagers appear to be less susceptible to severe COVID-19 symptoms,
the epidemic has wreaked havoc on their lives in other ways. Adolescents may find social
isolation and disruption of normal school routines particularly difficult.

School closures, being stuck at home with family members, and not being able to visit friends and
peers have the greatest impact on adolescents. Adults and adolescents have various
developmental demands. Teenagers are at a point in their lives when they are particularly
interested in making new friends and disconnecting from their parents. As a result, they
experience COVID-19 social distance needs differently than adults. Some adolescents, depending
on their age and developmental stage, may struggle to comprehend what the epidemic truly
means and how it affects their lives.
