    Sir:

    Greetings!

    In response to your request for an evaluation of your performance as an educator, I would like to let you
    know that your strategies this school year has been consistently improving.

    From the span of 2 quarters, many of your students has shown significant improvement in their
    understanding of science concepts. I find your new strategies eye opening. The way you use indigenous
    materials as instructional materials are very innovative as well.

    While you have shown exquisite performance in educating our learners, I would like to recommend for
    you to spare some of your attention to the behavioral management of the students during activities like
    experiments and group competitions.

    As your colleague, I would like to let you know that I am very proud to work with you and hope that we
    could share our ideas much more in the future so we could see more improvement in the future.
