Sports Events:

1. Basketball (men)
1.1. There shall be no limit on the number of players and all employees of the LGU
regardless of its status of appointment are eligible to play.
1.2. At the start of the game there must be at least Ten (10) players present in the
arena and is officially registered in the score sheet.
1.3. There shall be Four (4) periods in a game and the duration of game per period
is only Eight (8) minutes.
1.4. From the First (1st) period towards the Third (3rd) period there shall be Four (4)
minutes mandatory substitution (CHANGE 5) to ensure that all official players
can
play. While, on the Fourth (4th) period the mandatory substitution is disregarded
and the team can freely field-in selected players at any time.
1.5. In case the team cannot assemble the required Ten (10) official players at the
start of the game the tournament will proceed by filling up the vacant number of
players. ( meaning: If there are only 7 official players present before the start of
the game, the team can select 3 unofficial members of the team to make it to 10
players) and the unofficial players can only be substituted by appearance of an
official player anytime from the 1st to 2nd period only.
1.6. Official players who arrived at the venue after the concluded 2 nd quarter are
disqualified to play.
1.7. Players not wearing complete uniform are likewise disqualified to play.
