This company was founded in 1955, in California, United States. There were two brothers who
wanted to do something different, they were called Richard and Maurice McDonald, with the
nicknamed Dick and Mac. The brothers created this idea, but Ray was the ingenious mind that
propelled this small street business into one of the most successful and recognized franchises in
the world. The McDonald brothers opened their first food stand in 1940 in California, specifically,
in San Bernardino. The style was Bar-B-Q, very popular in the United States, they were offering a
menu of 20 different dishes. In general, they were having a good clientele and people were
satisfied with the service and quality, however, at the end of the second world war, they decided
to make some modifications to improve their sales.

Currently, there are many Macdonals around the world and these restaurants are very successful.
Due to this, they could continue to grow and have a presence in cities not yet explored.

Mario Hernández, there was a man called Mario Hernandez, who in 1972 decided to open his first
store in Bogota, dedicated to the sale of leather goods and leather clothing, with the idea of being
able to control the entire design, manufacturing, and selection process of materials of his
company. Currently, company reports annual sales of more than 16 million dollars, each year it
manufactures around 150,000 bags, 10,000 jackets and 50,000 pairs of shoes that are sold in 70
points of sale distributed among Russia, China, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Aruba and
Panama. This company could usually grow more in other markets due to the success in sales, also,
each month its products are more famous.

Tatiana Heel´s Shoes

My company was founded in the year 2021. At that time, there was a need to create special shoes
for women who wanted to look elegant. Also, I was thinking about what kind of shoes executive
women might like, so I decided to create this company, with special designs of heels for all kinds of
sizes. Every Monday, my company plans the activities to be carried out during the week and every
day at the beginning of the morning, a check of the day's tasks is carried out.

Right now, the company could start to open different stores in some major cities, however, there
is not enough capital yet. Twice a week, we are looking at different opportunities to get more sales
on different social networks.
