as weight. Both have impact on each
other. Food plays an important factor to
man's weight.

same number of calories that the body burns over
time, the weight stays.
OVERWEIGHT- If you consume more than the
body burns, the weight will definitely go up.
UNDERWEIGHT-If you consume less than the
body burns, the weight will surely go down.
