    Appraisal Report

    Following the review of Oiler Imnadze Ruslan performance during this contract on
    board at mt ANE, I would like to promote him on board after the end of the
    contract of present Pumpman.
    During this contract Mr. R Imnadze has demonstrated himself as very responsible.
    He is very reliable and discipline, hard worker. He has high attitude for Pumpman's
    job. While staying on board he participated on Cargo discharging, Loading and
    tank cleaning operations and well demonstrated his good knowledge on all this
    aspects, also he is well familiar with specification of mt ANE and performs his job
    in safe manner.
