With reference to the captioned subject, we M/s ………………………., hereby acknowledge that
we have not provided the GST registration number to M/s Bharti Airtel Limited (BAL). We also
understand and agree that we will not be able to claim Input Tax Credit of GST (CGST,
SGST/UTGST, IGST) charged by BAL on the supplies/services rendered to us.

Further, we hereby, declare that while making Invoice payment, we will neither hold nor make
any deductions, of any kind, on account of non availment of input tax credit.
