Poznań is a city on the River Warta in west-central Poland, within the
Greater Poland region.
Poznań Croissant Museum

The museum is dedicated to the tradition of baking croissants,


already 150 years old. Visiting the museum is interactive. During
the show, visitors can learn how to produce a croissant according
to the original recipe

Activities at school - ZERO WASTE - ideas to convert waste into
beautiful and useful objects (conference room)

Zero waste is a set of principles focused on waste prevention that encourages the
redesign of resource life cycles so that all products are reused. The goal is for no
trash to be sent to landfills, incinerators or the ocean. Currently, only 9% of plastic is
actually recycled. In a zero waste system, material will be reused until the optimum
level of consumption.

held on 17 March, the traditional death date of Saint Patrick

DAY 3 -a field trip to Karolin heat and power plant
Poznan Karolin Cogeneration Plant is a 275.5MW coal fired power project. It is
located in Greater Poland, Poland. The project is currently active. It has been
developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got
commissioned in 1985.
DAY 4 - (a train trip to Wrocław) Green Wrocław

A green wall is a vertical built structure

Green walls include a vertically applied


growth medium such as soil,
substitute substrate, or hydroculture felt;
as well as an integrated hydration and
fertigation
delivery system.
Green walls are often constructed of modular panels that hold a growing medium and can be categorized
according to the type of growth media used: loose media, mat media, and structural media.
