City. We are conducting a qualitative research titled Agriculture: The Analysis of Maintaining
the Wellness of Fruits and Vegetables.

The Research

The purpose of this study is to provide the information of the effectiveness of

Agriculture: The Analysis of Maintaining the Wellness of Fruits and Vegetables to the grade 11
teachers in Lucena Dalahican National High School.
This study will identify how the researcher develops and guides the students and teachers
in maintaining the wellness of fruits and vegetables.

The Process

- Your participation in the study will involve an interview with an estimated length of one
hour.
- This interview will be video/voice recorded for the analysis.

confidentiality is maintained by not citing your actual name within the actual study. You may
choose to leave the study at any time and may also request that any data collected from you not
be used in the study. You may however, opt to disclose your name and other data you are willing
to share in the study and will comply with your permission.
