I. ANALYSIS WITHOUT RAFT FOUNDATION :
1. DATAS PRESENTATION :

 Permanent load Gk=3,5 KN/m²

 Accidental load Qk=2,0 KN/m²
 Beam section : 30x50 (cm)
 Column section : 30x30 (cm)
 One way slab

2. LOAD EVALUATION AND COMBINATION AT ULS :

 The slab being a way slab, we wil have loading only principal beam which are 23.5m length.

INTERIOR BEAM EXTERIOR BEAM

Influence length = 6.3m Influence length = 3.15m

Gk=22.05 KN/m Gk=11.025 KN/m

Qk=12.6 KN/m Qk=6,3 KN/m

 LOAD COMBINATION AT ULS : For this project, we decide to do only 2 ULS

combinations ( Fed= 1.3.DEAD + 1.3.Gk + 1.5.Qk ) :

3. MODELISATION OF THE STRUCTURE IN SAP2000 V22.0.0 :

a. Definition of material and sections :

 The material use for the frames was concrete C25/30, european standards.
 Beam section : 30x50 cm
 Column section 30x30 cm

b. Definitions of load patterns and combinations :

 We create a load pattern for each span :

d. Definition of mass source

 The mass source we used was given by 100% of permanent load and 30% of accidental
load. We can see the definition of the mass source below.

4. RESULTS :

In this part we will present the different results of the first part of our project. Those
results are the solicitations (COMB ELU 1) of each element and the first 3 modes of vibration
and the minimal percentage of mass we must take into account for do a correct analysis. But
before the presentation of those results we will present the final model of the structure in 3D.

d. Minimal percentage of mass to take into account for do a correct analysi

The modal particiaption mass ratio for the first 3 modes are presented in the following table:

TABLE: Modal Participating Mass Ratios

StepTyp StepNu
OutputCase e m Period UX UY UZ SumUX SumUY SumUZ
Text Text Unitless Sec Unitless Unitless Unitless Unitless Unitless Unitless
MODAL Mode 1 0,537983 0 0,89601 0 0 0,89601 0
MODAL Mode 2 0,513561 0,90178 0 0 0,90178 0,89601 0
MODAL Mode 3 0,496238 0 0 0 0,90178 0,89601 0

According to the table above, we can conclude that the minimal percentage of mass we must
take in account to do a correct analysis is 90.185%. ( which is greater than 90%)
