2. It has come to my knowledge that the Malaysian government via their

representative(s) and with your consent might agree to execute and or ratify
the Global Pandemic Treaty and or any such document(s) bearing similar
effects of surrendering all of our exclusive rights as citizen and sovereignty of
this country to other third party and or entity(ies) that will affect our lives,
livelihoods and freedom by imposing unconstitutional and illegal terms
creating amongst others unjustified pandemics, unjustified lockdowns, enforce
unsafe and ineffective treatments without consent and suppress effective
medical treatment.

3. I HEREBY SERVE ON YOU THIS WRITTEN NOTICE OF MY OBJECTION THAT

I DO NOT CONSENT to any form of agreement or treaty in any manner
whatsoever that will result into my rights of exclusivity and freedom as citizen
of this country to be compromised in any manner whatsoever.

4. I FURTHER SERVE ON YOU THIS NOTICE OF LIABILITY THAT you will be

held personally, privately, civilly and or criminally liable for any harm and or
suffering and or disability and or death that arises from your consent,
participation, agreement, actions or even omission resulting into
implementation or execution or ratification of such Global Pandemic Treaty
and or such other documents of similar effects and consequences.
