1
Write down how the scores match with your dream job/ career

My strongest ratings are in the areas of entrepreneurship, and creativity,

while my ratings for work security and stability are average.

I love the automotive industry and want to work there because it needs a
lot of creativity and, to some extent, entrepreneurial skills.

I also hope to work in a secure and safe environment so that I can do it well
for a very long time and earn a lot of expertise.

So,I think the scores do match my dream career.

Can you identify Muda and Muri in your life? Write down it and find out
the ways to resolve it.

MUDA:

I finish my assignments minutes before the deadline, but the quality of the
assignments is very poor and this is one of the MUDA of my life. Secondly,
I sometimes come to the lecture a little late, so I miss important points
related to the topic.

MURI:

Sometimes I study for a long time without checking the clock when
studying at night, and I oftenly suffer from lack of sleep.

Tackling muri and muda:

In order to deal with Muda, I plan everything in advance while completing

tasks, and in order to deal with overburden, instead of suddenly increasing
the load, I gradually increase the amount of time I study each day.

Which lesson from the preamble to Pencil would you wish to immediately
apply in your life?

2
I would like to apply the second principle, "Sometimes sharpening is a
pain, but to be a better pencil you have to sharpen."

Human Meaning:

“By going through various problems, we experience aggravation,

sometimes painful, but it is necessary to become a stronger person.”

This principle conveys a very powerful message that no matter how

talented or good you are, you must work hard every day to maintain your
performance and become successful. It also emphasizes that we should not
take a negative attitude toward problems in our life. Instead, you should
approach them with a positive attitude. The way we solve problems shapes
our character in everyday life.

These scores show that I am very less sociable and outgoing ,which is very
true. Also I have high tendency to control impulse and facilitate goal directed
behaviour. And also I have willingness to experience and try new things and
have helpful behaviour to some extent.I am neither emotionally sensitive nor
too confident.

A) Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs
Currently which growth needs are present in you?
1) Improving my self awareness is one of my top priorities. The pursuit of
knowledge and meaning of things, other than necessary for my work is
extremely important to me.

3
2) Above mostly everything else, I actively seek beauty, form and balance in
things around me.My interest in beautiful Culture and the arts is central to me.

3) My aim is self knowledge and enlightment The most important thing to me is

realizing my ultimate personal potential. I seek and welcome peak experiences.

4) The most important thing to me is helping others to reach their ultimate

potential, whatever that be, even at my own expence

After the interpretation do you want to change it?

yes

If so, write a new sequence

1) Improving my self awareness is one of my top priorities. The pursuit of

knowledge and meaning of things, other than necessary for my work is
extremely important to me.
2) My aim is self knowledge and enlightment The most important thing to
me is realizing my ultimate personal potential. I seek and welcome peak
experiences.
3) Above mostly everything else, I actively seek beauty, form and balance
in things around me.My interest in beautiful Culture and the arts is central
to me.
4) The most important thing to me is helping others to reach their ultimate
potential, whatever that be, even at my own expense.

Write reasons for it –

I adjusted the order because, after understanding Maslow's hierarchy of needs, I

believed that one's own knowledge was more significant than the aesthetics of
the environment.

Although art and beauty are very significant in life, I would most like to strive
for self-knowledge.

I changed the locations of my second and third points as a result.

Draw Your EGOGRAM as per the test scores .Write your views about your
EGOGRAM.

As per my egogram scores I have shown high level of nurturing parent and
adapted child type of attributes in my personalities . The test results also
moderately correlate my personality with that of a critical parent and a free
child. Although I don't think I possess traits of a critical parent, I think these
results are very accurate. I strongly identify with the scores that describe me as a
nurturing parent and adapted child who cares for his loved ones and has
empathy for others.

that since God helps those who help themselves, having a
competitive attitude is tremendously beneficial for success. I also

Summary
Considering your profile which personality aspects will support you to achieve your dream
job? Write your overall view about your various personality traits.

>I would like to advocate open mindedness, flexibility, and a great deal of empathy as
personality attributes. Because of their clarity of thought and ability to distinguish between
good and bad, even when there is a very thin line between them, open-minded people are
generally admired by everyone, as we can witness in our day-to-day lives. Additionally, I
want to include flexibility into my attitude so that everyone feels comfortable working with
me.

I have an introspective and meticulous personality. I am also competitive and avoidant by

nature.

Your views about the course

>I liked this course a lot! The lectures didn't feel like an academic course to me;
rather, they felt like a period of my day when I was reflecting on my own
performance and considering how to do both personally and academically. I had
the opportunity to work with many different people from various departments
and develop friendships during all of the course's events. Additionally, every of
the tests I took throughout the course provided insight into my personality and
assisted in the updating and development of my personality.
