TO THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE

PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

SUBJECT: NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 11-13 OCTOBER 2023

INCEBUCITY

The Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. (PTJLI) will hold its
National Convention on 11-13 October 2023 in Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on

OFFICIAL TIMEIBUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized
and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly
managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings, and the
required health protocols are strictly observed.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Alvin B. Landicho, PTJLI Secretary-General, shall submit to

the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, through
https:llforms.office.com/r/Vhi6q8SKX7, a report on the conduct of the
convention, with the complete list of all the judges who attended, within
ten (10) days from its conclusion.
