OCA CIRCULAR NO. 61-2024

TO THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE

PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT NATIONAL MIDTERM CONVENTION ON

23-25 OCTOBER 2024 IN ILOILO CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Judges Association

(PJA) will hold their National Midterm Convention with the theme
"Judicial Accountability In The Advent of Technological Innovation" on
23-25 October 2024 (including pre-convention preparation and travel time)
at the Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City.

All concerned officers and members are hereby authorized to attend

the convention on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court
calendars are properly managed, and the parties are duly notified of any
cancelled hearings.

Judge Pia Cristina B. Bersamin-Embuscado, PJA Secretary General,

shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court
Administrator, through https:llforms.office.com/r/Vhi6q8SKX7 ')DIy, the
electronic copy of the report on the conduct of the convention, with the
complete list of all the judges who attended, within ten (10) days from its
conclusion.
