    PHILIPPINE TRIAL JUDGES LEAGUE, INC. (PTJLI)

    SUBJECT: NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 16-18 OCTOBER 2024


    IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY, SOUTH COTABATO

    The officers and members of the Philippine Trial Judges League,


    Inc. (PTJLI) will hold their National Convention on 16-18 October 2024
    (including pre-convention preparation and travel time) in General Santos
    City, South Cotabato.

    All concerned officers and members are hereby authorized to attend


    the convention on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court
    calendars are properly managed, and the parties are duly notified of any
    cancelled hearings.

    Judge Alwen M. Paqueo, PTJLI Secretary General, shall submit to the


    Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, through
    https:llforms.office.com/rNhi6q8SKX7 only, the electronic" copy of the
    report on the conduct of the convention, with the complete list f all the
    judges who attended, within ten (10) days from.i conclusi .
