Article 3: Payment
Payment terms: 30% pre-advanced payment after order confirmation.
60% TT before shipment
10% balance TT after arrived and the equipment passed the acceptance within 45 days
at buyer factory.

Article 4: Arbitration

All disputes arising from this contract to be settled first by amicable way and if not then by China
international economic and trade arbitration commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its rules.

This contract comes into effect from the signing date. Any amendment additional clause to this
contract shall be valid only when it is written and confirmed by both parties. All other conditions which
are not stated in this contract will refer to incoterms 2010.
