    Sub:- Appear in your honorable court on 22/04/2022.
    Sir,
    With due respect subject cited above I have the honor to report that
    your honorable court was passed an order to appear me on 22/04/2022 to
    depose SR C/No 1576/16.
    Further I beg to report that self already retired for service and the
    another hand I am suffering from kidney and sinusitis problem seriously since
    last 1 month and it will take time to cure for which I will unable to appear in
    your honorable court on date fixed.
    Therefore I pray your honor kindly fixed an another long date to depose
    the case.
