11 October 2022 – Committee on FINANCE

SUBJECT: Annual Budget for CY 2022 of Brgy. Pagalagala

Recommendation: After the series queries and clarifications conducted by the committee
Chairman and members for the purpose of setting the records straight, the Committee
recommended for the approval of the aforementioned annual budget.

SUBJECT: Annual Budget for CY 2022 of Brgy. Rosario

Recommendation: Following the set of inquiries conducted by the committee Chairman and
members for the purpose of ascertaining doubts, the Committee recommended for the approval
of the aforementioned annual budget.

SUBJECT: Annual Budget for CY 2022 Brgy. Zone II

Recommendation: Soon after the committee thoroughly deliberated the said annual budget, the
committee thus recommended the approval of the measure.

SUBJECT: SK Annual Budget for CY 2022 for Brgy. Pili, Brgy. Wawa & Brgy. Quinabigan
respectively.

Recommendation: Following the series of inquiries and clarifications on uncertain matters

pertaining to the annual budget, the committee moved to the approval of the budgets
respectively.

SUBJECT: Complaint of Adven G. Ilagan against Brgy. Chairman Roy Bryan M. Malapote of
Brgy. Zone I, Brgy. Treasurer Monelyn D. Salazar and Brgy. Councilor Carl John Vitto.

Recommendation: Deliberation proper has been put off in order to allow the case’s merits to be
under the wing of the AD HOC committee as per the rules pertinent to the approved municipal
rdinance on conducting investigation of Public officials. No. 03-2022.

SUBJECT: Barangay Ordinance No. 02, 03, 04-2021 and Ordinance no. 05 with Resolution No.
23-2021 of Brgy. Banilad.

Recommendation: Following a comprehensive review and the healthy exchange of idea,

suggestions and recommendations, the committee decided to set another meeting and invite the
concerned DILG officer and Licensing Officer for the clarifications on some clarifications
regarding specific jurisprudence.

SUBJECT: Complaint of Mrs. Veronica Gebaña against Brgy. Chairman Randy Moredo.

Recommendation: Both the complainant and the respondent already was given equal right to
express their statements and present evidences and witnesses, thus the committee moved to
adjourn the meeting for the purpose of further sit-down with the members of the said
committee in order to have a final deliberation and to come up with the final judgment on the
case presented. As further recommended, in the event that the committee will be unable to
determine a final decision, the committee will be referring the case and will be under the
supervision of the AD HOC committee in which the same is for future creation based on
Municipal Ordinance No. 03-2022.
