The internship program is designed to provide students engaged in a field experience with an
Opportunity to share their insights to explore the links or difference between student’s academic
Preparation and the organization and specific industry.
The internship project is good for students to understand the real world implications building up on the
foundation laid upon by the knowledge gained in college. The knowledge gained in the college serves as base
and the internship organization familiarize students with the additional knowledge required by the professional

water purification systems for different segments. Cleaning machineries for domestic as well as industrial

About 95% of the market share of vacuum cleaners and about 74% of the market share for water purifiers.
Major competitors are Philips, Whirl pool, Kent, Pureit (HLL) etc. Mainly the product promotions of Eureka
Forbes are through Exhibitions, Brochures, Campaigns and field activities.
The present Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate of India is 4.04% (2019-20).
Eureka Forbes is the leaders in domestic water purification system and they are the specialists in 5 water
technologies addressing more than 17 diverse water conditions. Eureka Forbes is the world’s largest UV
Cleaning systems include vacuum cleaners which can remove dust and dirt from deep below surfaces, hard to
reach places and areas where it does not seem to be present. There are different models of vacuum cleaners are
available with Eureka Forbes. Eureka Forbes also selling high end steam cleaners to the Indian customers.

through retail marketing.

named Aqua check, a wholly owned subsidiary of EFL, has the distinction of having India’s first ‘green” water
purifier plant (with LEED India Gold certification), at Dehradun, which is the jewel in our network of factories.
It can manufacture a million water purifiers of various specifications annually (it has the largest UV water
purifier production capacity in the world), harness solar energy and harvest rainwater.
There are a number of products, process improvements and accessories, which are under development in the
field of water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, Air purifiers, kitchen appliances and eco-friendly chemical cleaning
solutions. These products would be at various price points to cater to different market segments. R&D will
involve in joint development of products with Foreign Business associates for international requirements.

The 7-S model was developed in the late 1970’s by the consultation at McKinsey and company to assist
managers to do away with the difficulties in implementation that are associated with change in organization.
The side 7-S model shows the change in complex and intricate due to organizational immune systems, difficult
paradoxes and many interconnected variable involved. It also emphasizes the effective change can be brought
about only in one shot effort. Really, it is daunting challenge tom the managers. A point lies in not taking these

LEARNING AND EXPERIRENCE
Eureka Forbes Limited is the private sector which provide and services of Water purifier,
Vacuum cleaner, Security Systems, Air purifier, products reach the customers. Work
environment created in Eureka Forbes Ltd has given me a very good experience.
The experience in the organization during my internship project was great. In the organization I
learn how the activities take place in the real world in the business organization.
It helped me to relate and understand practically with the theoretical concepts which I have
learned it class room. I saw over there how issues are discussed and decision are taken place. In
all the functional departments the employee has the freedom to give his opinion for the
betterment of the organization.
Eureka Forbes Ltd is a very eminent company but each company has some positive and
negative points and Eureka Forbes Ltd is not an exception in that. The company is a well
renowned company.
The company has a few positive points like proper management, Excellent HR
Department, and proper Time Management. The company is well known mostly in
Northern part of the India for its good services at reasonable prices.
The company has set bench marks for every department in order to detect any diversions
in its services. The company also revises its bench marks from time to time. Therefore
the company is dominant in the market. It faces competition from several companies that
are fast catching up. The company has dynamic people who are experienced enough.
Eureka Forbes is a direct selling company. The main objective of the company is to profit
their distributors by eliminating the middlemen and provide the customers with the
product at cheap price.

The products are of the world class quality, they are very good for health and
environment.
The products are costly as compared to other branded products available in the market,
but if we compare the quality while using those products require less amount and thus
