MY NARRATIVE REPORT IN OUR FIRST PIZZA MAKING

"Honestly, it wasn't easy, but it was worth it. Before

we started our baking, I was a bit nervous because it was
my first time to make pizza." I know that it is going to be
difficult, especially since this is the first time that I will be
baking pizza. A lot of what-ifs were popping in my head,
but I believe in myself, and I trust my group mates.

The first thing I do is sanitize myself and wear

personal protective equipment before preparing my
ingredients. This practice should be applied before
touching the ingredients to maintain safety and avoid the
spread of bacteria. Next, I start measuring the ingredients.
It's important to have accurate measurements when
baking. The first thing i do is mix the dry ingredients before
adding the wet ingredients i add the water gradually I
begin with around the half cup gently fold flour over the
liquid, I add the remaining water and mix til the dough
begins to come together, i start kneading the dough after
that I form a round ball, and i put oil in a clean bowl and
place the dough and cover with a dry cloth and rest 1hour.

After resting the dough I start stretching the dough

using a rolling pin after that i pinch shallow border and
punch holes using a fork and start preheating the dough
using a 3 deck oven after preheating the dough I add
sauce, toppings and etc. and set the 3deck oven into 450f
and 230c until golden brown after 15mins. of waiting for
the pizza to cook and take it out to the oven to cool on the
cooling rock, i arranged the packaging of my pizza, I'm so
glad to the result of my pizza and i cant explain how happy
and proud of myself but the compliments that i have
recieved from my family was a proof that i Successfully
made it!.Thus, trying is a stepping stone to test my abilities
and determine where I am.

MAKING

Before we start to make churros, I'm so happy

because it's my first time making churros. I know that it is
going to be difficult, especially because this is the first time
that I will be baking churros.

The first thing I do is sanitize myself and wear

personal protective equipment before preparing my
ingredients. This procedure should be followed before
touching the ingredients to ensure safety and prevent the
spread of bacteria. Next, I start measuring the ingredients.
It's important to have accurate measurements when
baking. In a sauce pan, I add water, butter, salt, and sugar
and bring them to a boil over low to medium heat, stirring
gently to melt the butter and sugar. When they begin to
boil, I reduce the heat to low and add 1 cup all-purpose
flour. I keep stirring the mixture until it thickens, then
transfer it to a mixing bowl and let it cool for at least 5
minutes.

After 5 minutes, I add eggs and vanilla, and I

transfer the mixtures to a pipping bag and cut them using
kitchen scissors. After that, I begin to preheat about 1 1/2
inches of deep cooking oil in a frying pan over medium
heat. I want a golden brown color in my churros. I
arranged the packaging of my churros after cooking, and I
am very pleased with the outcome of my churros. The
compliment that I have received from my family is proof
that I have successfully made it!

MAKING

Before we baked muffins, I listed down everything

that I needed, starting with the tools and equipment that I
needed to successfully make my baked product.

The first thing I do is sanitize myself and wear

personal protective equipment before preparing my
ingredients. This practice should be applied before
touching the ingredients to maintain safety and avoid the
spread of bacteria. Next, I start measuring the ingredients.
It's important to have accurate measurements when
baking. In a mixing bowl, I start shifting the dry
ingredients: 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 3/4 cups all-
purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1
cup granulated sugar, and 2/3 cup cocoa powder were
combined using a wire whisk and set aside. In a separate
bowl, I put the wet ingredients, starting with yogurt, 2
large eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil,
and 1/2 cup of milk, and whisked them together. I then
poured in some chocolate chips. After that, I added the dry
and wet ingredients, and I did not over mix it. I scooped it
and sprinkled chocolate chips on top. I baked the muffins
at 425°F (218°C) for 6 minutes, then reduced the
temperature to 350°F (177°C), and baked them for an
additional 14 minutes.

I'm so glad with the result of my muffins, and I can't

explain how happy and proud I am of myself, but the
compliments that I have received from my family are proof
that I successfully made it! I have realized that it's all about
a balancing act between time, temperature, and
ingredients in the art of baking, and I believe that there is
a virtue in trying. Thus, trying is a stepping stone to test
my abilities and determine where I am.

alongside Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Meta (Facebook), and Microsoft.

Apple was founded as Apple Computer Company on April 1, 1976, by Steve

Wozniak, Steve Jobs and Ronald Wayne to develop and sell Wozniak's Apple I personal
computer. It was incorporated by Jobs and Wozniak as Apple Computer, Inc. in 1977 and
the company's next computer, the Apple II, became a best seller and one of the first
mass-produced microcomputers. Apple went public in 1980 to instant financial success.
The company developed computers featuring innovative graphical user interfaces,
including the 1984 original Macintosh, announced that year in a critically acclaimed
advertisement. By 1985, the high cost of its products and power struggles between
executives caused problems. Wozniak stepped back from Apple amicably and pursued
other ventures, while Jobs resigned bitterly and founded NeXT, taking some Apple
employees with him.

Globalization

Globalization encompasses several interrelated processes, such as trade and finance

internationalization. It is the incorporation and interaction between people, entities,
and governments from across the globe. The entire globalization process influences
political stability, information technology, and economic progression. Today, the world
is interlinked in every aspect, making it a global village. In business operations,
globalization has ensured that goods and services can be produced and used anywhere
in the world. Over the last few years, Apple has drastically transformed how businesses
are operated across the world. On top of its 43,000 employees in the United States, the
company also has 20,000 additional workers overseas. Furthermore, Apple has
contractors that employ more than 700,000 people. Interestingly, all of these 700,000
people work outside the United States, particularly in Asia and Europe (Hanson et al., 2).
It is cheaper for Apple to produce from outside the US due to low labor costs. For
instance, in 2011, the company paid its 13,920 American employees approximately $750
million compared to $320 million paid to 27,250 overseas employees (Hanson et al., 2).
This is an indication that it is cheaper for Apple to manufacture overseas.

The significant success that Apple has had in the market over the years has been partly
attributed to globalization. It has used the phenomenon to carve a competitive edge
over its rivals. China, where more than half of Apple’s products are manufactured,
boasts of low cost and a disciplined labor force. The company has managed to exploit
this situation to maximize its profits. In addition, Apple has taken most of its
manufacturing operations overseas to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Southeast
Asia and China play host to many of Apple’s sub assemblies and upstream components.
This implies that carrying out the final assembly in the United States presents a myriad
of logistical challenges to the organization. As compared to the US, China has more agile
and much larger factories.

POLITICAL GLOBALIZATION

One of the key aspects of political globalization is the decline of the nation-state
and the rise of other actors on the political scene. One of the classic examples of
political globalization is the creation and existence of the United Nations. Political
globalization is one of the three main dimensions of globalization commonly found in
academic literature, with the other two being economic globalization and cultural
globalization. An important set of political issues pertaining to the principle of state
sovereignty, the growing impact of intergovernmental organizations, and the future
prospects for regional and global governance

The role of political globalization on this point is forcing governments to adopt

global institutions. It increases the number of international organizations of which a
country is a member. This holds governments accountable on a global scale and forces
them to prioritize human rights protection. Despite rapid development, many
fundamental issues such as rural poverty, corruption, and political instability remain
unresolved. Political globalization describes the ways political decisions are increasingly
made at a global rather than national level.

While it has enabled some significant advancements in human rights and growing
prosperity thanks to free trade, many people have also been displaced and harmed by
multinational agreements, also. There will always be a pull-and-push as political
globalization displaces and upsets people and causes backlash. There are valid and
genuine arguments on both sides of the benefits and drawbacks of political
globalization.
