REGISTRATION POLICY

Statement of Policy

30 days from purchase of the qualification(s), Enhanced Ltd will register students with the
required Awarding Organisation. This will result in Enhanced Ltd paying the registration fee
to the Awarding Organisation and ensuring the learner has been registered to the correct
programme. Following this, students will receive an email with documentation stating the
course that they have been assigned to and their ULN (unique learner number).

Refunds and Cancellations

● All students reserve the right to request a full refund within 14 days of their
purchase. Enhanced Ltd will process this refund in full back to the original method of
payment.

● Students wishing to claim a refund between day 15 and day 30 of their purchase, will
be able to claim a ‘Pro rata refund’. This will be calculated by deducting the
Registration Fee and a £50.00 Admin Fee from the total cost of the course. Enhanced
Ltd will then refund the remaining balance back to the original method of payment.
This decision can be overturned on a case-by-case basis by the Operations Director.

● After 30 days from purchase of the qualification, students will not be able to claim a
refund for the purchase of their qualification. The learner will have been registered
and this cannot be overturned.

Focus Awards
30 days from purchase of the qualification(s), Enhanced Ltd will determine if the learner is
required to be registered with Focus Awards. If so, this will result in Enhanced Ltd paying the
registration fee to Focus Awards and ensuring the learner has been registered to the correct
programme.
